İŞ'ler Architecture was founded in 2024 by its co-founder Şafak Kıray, combining his national and international experiences. It operates with an approach that sees architecture not only as building design but also as a tool to produce solutions to social problems. İŞ'ler Architecture is committed to developing

user-oriented, environmentally conscious projects that are in harmony with the urban fabric.

Our co-founder, Şafak Kıray, is a graduate of Istanbul Arel University, Department of Architecture. He has played an active role in numerous large-scale projects in various architecture and interior design offices. With his experience, especially in

large-scale public projects such as stadiums, city squares, and bus terminals, he aims for spaces to serve not only as physical structures but also as social platforms.

İŞ'ler Architecture approaches each project within its context; it produces sustainable and aesthetic solutions that harmonize with the natural environment through minimal intervention. Believing in the transformative power of architecture, it continues to create original works across a wide spectrum, from competitions to professional practice.

Our co-founder, İrem Akgün, is a graduate of Yıldız Technical University, Department of Architecture. She has played an active role in numerous large-scale projects within various architecture and interior design offices. With her experience in large-scale projects such as mass housing, villa complexes, and hotels, she aims for spaces to function not only as physical structures but also as social platforms.

İrem Akgün approaches each project within its context; producing sustainable and aesthetic solutions that harmonize with the natural environment through minimal intervention.
